Tried these and the chicken meals are surprisingly large for the price, sides are quite large too. I can’t decide if I’ll do it again though hence only Ok.
Verdict: Ok

I found this on Deliveroo as part of my regular search for garlic pizza; ordered a large cheese and garlic. Would have been delighted but despite taking an age to make it was somehow super cold on delivery.

A new branch of a chain I’d never heard of, in the massive space that used to house the Chilli Pickle. Napoletana Pizza – boldly right next to a big ol’ Pizza Express. Was fortunate enough to enjoy a pizza each on the house for their opening, and had a great fennel sausage pizza. Really great crust, and quite large, although we felt they cheaped out a bit on how much they spread out the toppings (as in toppings more suitable for a smaller pizza). Still excellent, and they were such lovely staff, and it’s a great airy space. But, you know, there’s a lot of pizza about already, so good luck to them.

So…wow. Straight up I’d say easily best pizza ever, at a really great price. Nice kids deal, I loved my double pepperoni and hot honey. Just amazing.

Another burger chain on Deliveroo Editions, but to be fair right up my street, with uncluttered burgers – nice juicy patty – and tasty slightly seasoned tater tots.

I was actually going to give these guys a little bit of a pass for delivery, because the burger looked delicious, but was just ok, similarly fries looked great and the garlic pizza bread smelled like it was going to be amazing. It was all more or less ok, the pizza bread tending to good but the fries cold. So I thought ah, I’ll try them at the Font – because one strong point in their favour is they are very well priced. But it turns out that although they are based at the Font, they’re not actually the food at the Font; they’re delivery only. So it’s just Ok, better burger options availabile.
Verdict: Ok

I dunno man, maybe I need to have another go here, but it’s an Indian. It was fine, but they forgot my rice, which just puts me off the whole thing, and when I call, the solution is some free rice or curry next time? Eh. Not inspired to try again.

All funky branding and promises of outrageous flavour, but really, just average. Not bad, but like, if you made them yourself you’d think you’d done ok, but not great. In fairness to them this is reflected in the pricing, you can get a lot for your money.
Verdict: Ok
Location: Can’t find one, presumably some dark kitchen
Had takeaway here but keen to try it in person, really tasty and good value Turkish.
